Northeast Frontier Railway has published Supply Of supply, testing, installation and commissioning of capacitor bank protection relay incorporating over-current relay (ocr), under-current relay (ucr),unbalance current relay (ubcr), under-voltage relay (uvr)and over-voltage relay (ovr) protection functions , supply, testing, installation and commissioning of capacitor bank protection relay incorporat ing over-current relay (ocr), under-current relay (ucr),unbalance current relay (ubcr), under-voltage relay (uvr)and over-voltage relay (ovr) protection functions, suitable for 132 kv/25 kv traction sub-stati on (tss). the scope shall include all associated equipment and accessories required for safe, reliable and s atisfactory operation, including interconnecting cables, internal wiring, earthing arrangements,mounting str uctures, terminals, hardware, accessories and auxiliaries, complete in all respects, suitable for ashida make panel and fully suitable for the existing capacitor bank protection scheme and associated ct/pt arrangeme nts. the offered relay shall comply with rdso specification no. ti/spc/psi/protct/6072 or latest applicabl e specification, including all applicable amendments/corrigenda.the scope shall also include necessary prot ection settings,testing, integration with the existing protection system and commissioning at site, complete in all respects.
