Bharat Coking Coal Limited has published item description/ heading , dismantling charges for all bolts nut opening and dismantling of pump motor set, suction & delivery side 8 dia pipes, bends etc. with bed plate lifting with carrying by manually from water bed to surface of mines , unserviceable pump with motor set, bed plate, bends etc. loading and unloading from kalimati quarry to e&m office at dbocp. , old and scrap girders, m.s.plate,angles etc. collected from dumping yard of dbocp with gas cutting and lifting and carrying by manually for making bed plate. , damaged bed plate dismantling for repairing and modification with iron materials cutting by gas. , bed plate making by girders m.s.angles, channels are cutting by gas and bend girders straightening by heating and hammering process.girders,channels, m.s.plate setting and welding on the bed plate. , cost of 4 nos bend and 3nos short piece making by 8 dia m.s.pipe cutting by gas and both side 8 dia m.s.flange fittings and welding in side out side double layer welding with grand finishing.(as per required size) , curve type bend making by 8 dia m.s.pipe cutting by gas with both side 8 dia m.s.flange setting with inside and out side double layer welding with grand finishing.
