Central Railway has published Supply Of Bituminised Gunny Strips Of Width 18 Cms, As Per Specifications :- 1) Base Material: Hessian Cloth Of 406 Gms Per Sq. Mtr. As Per Specification Is:2818/2015 [Amalgamating Is 2818 (Part 1 To 6) Third Revision]. Or Latest 2) Bitumen : Bitumen Should Be Applied Completely Spread Over As Specified. The Bitumen Content Shall Be 110 +/- 20 Gm/Sq. Mtr. The Bitumen Shall Confirm To The Requirements Given In The Table -1 Corresponding To Grade 90/15 Of Is: 702/1988 (Reaffirmed Year 2019) No. Of Amendments: 1. Or Latest Note: The Bitumen Should Be Applied At Suitable Temperature Of The Fabric With The Help Of A Mechanism Set For Reasonably Uniform Distribution. 3) Linner : Low Density Virgin Polythene Film Of Natural Colour Of Such Thickness That Corresponds To Its Mass 23 G/Sq.
