North Eastern Railways has published Supply Of supply, installation and commissioning of 03 ton wire rope hoist with motorized trolley , supply, installation and commissioning of 03 ton wire rope hoist with motorized trolley and p endant control , conforming to is 3938 (part 1 & part ii), make: ara, indef, kito or equivalent, as per the f ollowing specifications: a) safe working load (swl): 03 ton b) lifting height: 6 m (maximum) c) hoist moto capacity: 5.5 kw(7.5 hp) or higher d) cross travel (ct) motor capacity: 0.75 kw (1hp) or higher e) insulati on class: f f) duty rating: s4 g) degree of protection: ip-55 h) energy efficiency class: ie3 or higher. i) avai lable track size on which hoist is to mounted (i beam): 6 inches. note: (i) all electrical and mechanical com ponents should be of reputed make.
